Tax Assistance ProgramThe Otsego County Commission on Aging is, once again, offering a Free Tax Assistance Program. Through the program, two types of clinics will be offered throughout the 2018 filing season - VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) clinics (in partnership with the IRS and RSVP) and Michigan Credits (Michigan Home Heating and Michigan Homestead Property Tax) clinics (in partnership with RSVP). VITA return preparers have been trained and certified, anually, through VITA.
